Job Description:
Candidates should Biomedical Engineering with UAE Attestation.
Field of Knowledge: Installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and component repair of medical and aesthetic laser systems (such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and CO2/fractional lasers), Operation Theater Equipment service and maintenance, Ultrasound Unit, X ray unit, Autoclave, Dental Chair, Etc…
Candidates with Minimum 1 year to 3 years’ experience in Installation & Repair, Service of medical equipment for hospitals and medical centers.
Generate and implement department policy and procedures.
Timely response to PPM and calibration, corrective maintenance Service calls.
Assist in getting the hospital’s medical equipment to be properly calibrated according to the periodic schedule, and correctly functional at all times according to JCI, FDA, ANSI/AAMI, ISO9000, UL, NFPA
Schedule Preventive Maintenance and Performs scheduled inspections and tests necessary to maintain conformance to required standards and regulatory requirements
Maintains and updates inventory of the facility's biomedical equipment; maintains an inventory of replacement parts and standby equipment
Conduct medical device demonstrations at customer place.
Create sales or service contracts for services.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the company products, and to provide sales support.
Closing the orders with senior’s support after needed negotiation.
Arrange the end user training to the customer.
Follow up on the payment,
Desired candidate profile:
The ideal candidate should have a solid background of service ability in the in the field of hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and CO2/fractional lasers, ECG, Ultrasound Unit, X ray unit, Autoclave, Dental Chair Etc…
Should have minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in service and sales.
Self learning Skills.
Ability to understand the medical device service problems.
Ability to solve the customers service-oriented problems.
Maintain with customers good rapport.
