Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and billing in SAP accurately.
  • Manage marketplace orders from platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, and other channels.
  • Coordinate marketplace order pickups and ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up with logistics and warehouse teams for stock availability and deliveries.
  • Coordinate internal and external stock transfers when required.
  • Support sales teams with order updates and customer queries.
  • Maintain order records, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Follow up on pending deliveries, returns, and order issues.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing, billing, or sales coordination.
  • Basic to good knowledge of SAP order processing and billing.
  • Experience handling marketplace orders is preferred.
  • Good coordination skills with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
