Job Details

Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, tax documents, and other billing records while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Enter, review, and monitor billing transactions in the accounting system to maintain accurate and complete financial records.

Prepare and maintain monthly reports covering sales, invoicing, and billing activities for management review and internal analysis.

Coordinate closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed and invoiced accurately within the required timelines.

Maintain proper filing, numbering, and control of invoices, tax documents, and other sequential records to support compliance and easy document retrieval.

Review billing information and supporting documents to identify errors and ensure all invoice details are complete and accurate.

Follow up on invoice discrepancies, coordinate required corrections, and communicate with relevant departments to resolve billing issues promptly.

Support the finance and accounting team with financial record maintenance, reconciliation activities, and routine reporting requirements.

Assist with monitoring outstanding billing issues and maintain proper documentation of corrections and adjustments.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Public Accounting or a similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, accounts administration, or general accounting.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting software with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of tax regulations, electronic invoicing procedures, billing controls, and related financial documentation.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial records.

Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with sales, logistics, finance, and other internal teams.

Responsible and systematic approach to handling confidential financial information and meeting billing deadlines.
