Battery Services jobs in Dubai

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to take ownership of our fleet operations, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, full regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers
• Fleet insurance management, coordinate claims follow-up, and accident repairs
• Monitor fleet utilization, Out of service (OOS) vehicles, maintenance cost and vehicle downtime
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, replacements
• GPS installation, activation, and fleet tracking management
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling and downtime control
• Traffic file management across RTA and TAMM platforms
• Traffic fines investigation, allocation, and black points management
• Accurate real-time updates of fleet records and internal systems
• Manage accurate fleet records
• Maintain reports for car battery life, tires, car service history

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of UAE fleet administration experience ⁠
• Car rental industry experience preferred ⁠
• Strong knowledge of TAR's, RTA, and TAMM platforms
• ⁠Experience with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software
• ⁠Advanced Excel and reporting skills ⁠
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities ⁠
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
