We're looking for a hands-on Production Chef to take ownership of food quality and consistency across our three fast casual cloud kitchen brands: Burgers, Fried Chicken, and Salads.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain food quality and consistency across all three brands
  • Troubleshoot and resolve recipe or production issues as they arise
  • Fix and refine existing recipes for cost, consistency, and execution
  • Develop new recipes and menu items.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team on day-to-day production standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef in fast casual, cloud kitchen, or high-volume kitchen settings
  • Strong recipe development and food costing skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on the line
  • Experience across multiple cuisines (American/sliders, fried chicken, salads)

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
