Job Title: Nanny – Newborn Baby Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, experienced, and responsible Nanny to provide dedicated care for a newborn baby. The ideal candidate will ensure the baby's safety, comfort, hygiene, and healthy development while supporting the family in maintaining a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time care and supervision for the newborn baby.
  • Feed the baby according to the parents' instructions (breast milk or bottle feeding).
  • Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby equipment.
  • Change diapers and maintain the baby's hygiene at all times.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom the baby safely.
  • Establish and maintain healthy sleep and feeding routines.
  • Monitor the baby's health, behavior, and developmental milestones.
  • Administer medication only as instructed by parents or healthcare professionals.
  • Engage the baby in age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursery environment.
  • Wash, iron, and organize the baby's clothing and belongings.
  • Keep records of feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes if required.
  • Accompany the baby to medical appointments when requested.
  • Immediately report any health concerns or emergencies to the parents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience caring for newborn babies.
  • Knowledge of infant feeding, hygiene, and sleep routines.
  • Basic First Aid and Infant CPR certification preferred.
  • Patient, trustworthy, and attentive to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Childcare, Nursing, or Early Childhood Care.
  • Experience working with newborns and infants in a private household.

Location: Private Residence

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
