Job Overview

Liberty Car Care LLC is expanding and opening a new branch in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for skilled, experienced, and motivated automotive professionals to join our new workshop team.

We have multiple vacancies available for candidates with hands-on experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and workshop operations. This is a great opportunity to be part of our growing automotive service team from the beginning of our new branch journey.

Available Positions:

1. Service Advisor

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Handle customer inquiries and understand vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards, service estimates, and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service records.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

2. Lube Technician

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Perform engine oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services.
• Check vehicle fluids and complete basic maintenance inspections.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and quality standards.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in automotive lube services.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a professional workshop environment.

3. Auto Mechanic

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Multi-Brand Experience Required

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across multiple vehicle brands.
• Perform engine, brake, suspension, and general mechanical repairs.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all repairs are completed according to quality and safety standards.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic.
• Strong multi-brand vehicle repair experience required.
• Good knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems efficiently.

4. Tyre Technician

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Perform tyre fitting, balancing, rotation, and repair services.
• Inspect tyre conditions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Operate tyre service equipment safely.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience as a Tyre Technician.
• Knowledge of tyre maintenance and workshop procedures.
• Ability to perform tyre services independently.

5. Workshop Helper

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assist technicians with daily workshop operations.
• Support basic vehicle service and repair activities.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with vehicle movement and general workshop duties.
• Basic knowledge of automotive workshop activities required.
• Willingness to learn and support the technical team.
• Hardworking and responsible attitude.

6. Driver

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely drive company vehicles and assist with vehicle collection and delivery.
• Follow traffic rules and company procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Must have 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and routes.

General Requirements:

• Relevant automotive workshop experience preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality service.
