AAA Point Auto Services is a high-end automotive repair garage based in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. We perform advanced diagnostics, major engine work, and complex mechanical and electrical repairs on premium and luxury vehicles.

This is not a general service garage — we handle work that many shops cannot confidently diagnose or repair.

Role Description

We are looking for a senior-level Automotive Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to join our team full-time.

This role is not suitable for entry-level mechanics or routine service technicians.

You will be trusted with high-value vehicles, advanced diagnostics, and challenging repairs, and expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on high-end vehicles
  • Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults
  • Carry out high-level repairs including engine, suspension, drivetrain, and electronic systems
  • Use OEM or equivalent diagnostic tools to identify causes, not symptoms
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and performance
  • Clearly explain technical findings and repair requirements when needed
  • Maintain clean documentation of diagnostics and completed repairs
  • Work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability

Requirements

  • Senior-level Automotive Technician experience
  • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and other high-end vehicles
  • Strong understanding of modern vehicle electronics, ECUs, sensors, and CAN systems
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills (no trial-and-error repair)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of results
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Relevant certifications or formal training preferred, but real-world skill matters more
