WE ARE EXPANDING: Service Managers (Automotive)

EVS Electric Vehicle Services is growing fast across the UAE! We are on the lookout for strong, reliable Service Managers to take charge of daily operations at our main branches across the Emirates.

THE REALITY CHECK:

If you don't know how to run a floor, earn respect, and lead a busy team under pressure, this role isn't the right fit. We need straightforward floor leaders who keep things running smoothly, hold people accountable, and deliver results without excuses.

Key Role Details:

• Role: Service Manager (Multiple Openings across UAE Branches)
• Location: TBD
• Package Starts: AED 15,000 / month (All-inclusive)
• Scope: Complete Branch Operations (Service Counter & Workshop Floor)

What You Will Lead:

• Daily Crew & Operations: Manage your front-of-house team (Service Advisors & Receptionists) and workshop staff (Foremen, Technicians & Support Crew). Keep everyone aligned, working efficiently, and accountable.
• Workshop Flow & Yard Management: Keep job bays moving efficiently, we have zero tolerance for unnecessary repair delays or customer cars sitting parked outside because of slow throughput and poor planning.
• EV Diagnostics & Repair Quality: Make sure your team follows strict OEM diagnostic workflows, software flashing procedures, and proper EV repair guidelines so vehicles leave fixed right the first time.
• Business Performance: Keep a close eye on technician efficiency, labor hours sold, job turnarounds, and overall branch targets while keeping customer rework to a minimum.
• Customer Experience: Take personal ownership of high-priority customer cases, handling vehicle handovers and difficult complaints with clear, professional communication.

What We Are Looking For:

• Leadership Style: A confident, hands-on leader who knows how to keep a workshop running in order.
• Experience: 5 to 8+ years running an automotive workshop in a UAE dealership or service center.
• Technical Background: Degree or Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering. Solid understanding of modern vehicle diagnostics (EV experience is a great bonus!).
• Languages: Good spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus).

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Automation Machinery Manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of work experience with Customer Service Operations
• Authorized to work in United Arab Emirates

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
