We are seeking a passionate Automotive Sales Consultant who embodies the Lotus spirit and possesses a genuine enthusiasm for high-performance vehicles, automotive engineering, and exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for an automotive aficionado who can confidently engage with enthusiasts and discerning customers, translating technical excellence into compelling ownership experiences. As a brand ambassador for Lotus, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey while showcasing the innovation, craftsmanship, and performance that define the marque.

Key Accountabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, identifying their needs, preferences, and driving aspirations.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives that highlight the unique performance, engineering, and technology of Lotus vehicles.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Lotus products, including vehicle specifications, performance characteristics, and advanced automotive technologies.
• Clearly communicate technical features and engineering concepts in a way that resonates with customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, customization options, and ownership benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lotus products, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Support showroom events, vehicle launches, customer activations, and brand experiences.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of customer documentation and sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Represent the Lotus brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Genuine passion for high-performance vehicles and automotive engineering.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrains, performance specifications, and automotive technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with automotive enthusiasts and luxury customers.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced premium automotive environment.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.

Ideal Candidate

You're the person who follows every Lotus launch, understands what makes a lightweight performance car special, and can discuss handling, chassis dynamics, aerodynamics, and electrification with genuine enthusiasm. You don't just sell cars, you create excitement around them and help customers become part of the Lotus story.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
