Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and project managers. The candidate should have strong knowledge of drafting standards and the ability to work on multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed 2D and/or 3D drawings using AutoCAD software
  • Interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
  • Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
  • Assist in site measurements and preparation of as-built drawings if required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2D & 3D)
  • Knowledge of construction, MEP, or infrastructure drawings (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must have full-fledged expertise in AutoCAD
  • Strong working knowledge of shortcut keys for increased productivity
  • Prior experience in GCC infrastructure projects will be highly preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other drafting software (Revit, Civil 3D, etc.)
  • Familiarity with UAE standards and regulations (if applicable)
  • Basic understanding of site execution and project workflow
