Full job description

DEIZ GARAGE is hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain European vehicles to a high standard while leading and supporting the workshop team. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure quality workmanship, efficient workflow, and compliance with workshop procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of luxury and performance vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Carry out repairs and replacement of engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, cooling, and other vehicle components.
  • Perform routine servicing, including oil changes, filters, fluids, brakes, batteries, belts, and other maintenance requirements.
  • Install and service aftermarket and performance parts as required.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
  • Maintain proper records of repairs, parts used, and additional issues identified.
  • Handle customer vehicles with care and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Follow all workshop safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Report major faults, additional repair requirements, or safety concerns to the Workshop Manager.
  • Complete assigned jobs within the required timeframe and minimize rework and unnecessary parts replacement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic/Automotive Technician.
  • Experience working with luxury, European, or performance vehicles is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and basic automotive electrical systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic scanners and automotive workshop equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand technical/service information.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Automotive technical certification or diploma is an advantage.
  • Must be physically fit and willing to work in a workshop environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
