Perform quality body panel alignment, detachable components and chassis repair to return them to the manufacturer's specifications in observance of operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities
•Operations: Deliver the repairs highlighted in the Job cards. Perform the requested work, in observance of the manufacturer's standards and operating procedures. Conduct repair work for various body panels and chassis repair at highest quality standards. Prepare supplies outward sheet for parts to be replaced and collect them from the spare parts division to bodyshop as required. Remain in contact with foreman during the work to inform check results and seek help or assistance.
•Tools & Equipments: Prepare all tools and equipment to complete the task carefully taking into consideration the material being painted. Ensure all components at the periphery of the work location are in good working condition and operational.
•Delivery: Prepare vehicle for delivery. Ensure all equipment and accessories are in place, check vehicle has been cleaned and return any damaged or old parts to the customer if requested. Carry out minor work not requested by the customer to enhance customer satisfaction. Observe work schedules and times set by the foreman to ensure on time delivery.
•Safety: Observe safety rules defined for the equipment, instruments and products. Apply the manufacturer's directives and the safety rules to avoid any damage to the vehicles or to self. Observe precautionary measures to avoid occupational hazards of the welding works.

JOB SPECIFIC INFORMATION
•Denter will be closely working with the line manager, foreman and the denting team. Will follow operational procedures as instructed by Mercedes Benz.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES
Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)
•Secondary School Education Certificate.
•Vocational training and/or trade test from a certified institute is preferred.
Experience
•3 - 4 years of minimum experience as a Denter within Bodyshop/Automotive workshop.
