Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, and helping drive sales and profitability while ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Supervise and support team members during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with Wingstop brand standards, food quality, and service procedures.
  • Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Support in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift planning.
  • Train and coach team members to improve performance and service quality.
  • Ensure proper inventory control, stock ordering, and waste reduction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
  • Support cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in QSR brands .
  • Experience in team supervision and shift management.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
