Full job description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our company.

Assist in managing daily operations tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, supply chain coordination, and order processing.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients/customers.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant data using our internal systems.Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests from clients/customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and protocols.
Help maintain a safe and clean working environment by following company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company.
