Job Summary

An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting the organization's financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial data, analyzing financial performance, and assisting with budgeting and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare tax returns and coordinate with tax authorities when required.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending improvements.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Process payroll and related statutory deductions, where applicable.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
