Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Art Director to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead visual brand identities, craft high-impact marketing materials, oversee creative direction across digital and print channels, and integrate advanced AI design workflows to drive efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand visuals across digital platforms, websites, print media, and physical campaigns.
  • Translate strategic briefs into high-converting visual concepts, campaign decks, and design layouts.
  • Oversee artwork preparation for print, outdoor ads (billboards, lampposts), packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing visuals, branding assets, and sales presentation templates.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline design concepts, image generation, and creative automation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in art direction, visual design, and digital marketing design.
  • Proven track record working with high-profile corporate, luxury, or regional brands in the UAE.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects, Acrobat).
  • Experience in ad creative design for paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Strong knowledge of print production, large-format printing, color management, and packaging prepress.
  • Basic understanding of web design (WordPress/Wix) and marketing assets layout.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
