This is an opportunity to work within a well-established, high-performing creative environment, delivering impactful campaigns for some of the region’s most recognised brands across F&B, retail, cosmetics, and government/semi-government sectors.

The Role:

As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the creative output of the agency. This is a highly conceptual, art-led position requiring someone who can think big, execute beautifully, and lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual direction and creative execution across integrated campaigns
  • Develop strong, original concepts aligned with client briefs and brand objectives
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
  • Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Oversee and guide offshore creative teams to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain high standards of design, craft, and innovation across all deliverables
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, contributing to the overall creative vision

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director within a creative agency in the UAE.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio showcasing award-worthy work
  • Experience working on leading brands across multiple industries
  • Ability to manage and mentor teams, including offshore resources
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Arabic language skills are a plus
