Area Manager – Knot Bakehouse

Location: Dubai, UAE

Knot Bakehouse is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, maintaining brand standards, and leading outlet teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational, commercial, and people management skills within the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all Knot Bakehouse outlets and ensure smooth business performance.
• Monitor and drive sales, profitability, and overall outlet performance.
• Ensure all outlets consistently maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor regulations, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, wastage, and cost control measures.
• Work closely with management to implement operational improvements and business strategies.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, performance updates, and action plans to senior management.
• Support the opening of new outlets and oversee the implementation of company initiatives across all locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the F&B, café, bakery, or restaurant industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent operational and commercial acumen.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
