What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Retail Director UAE, you will lead a portfolio of boutiques, driving commercial performance while ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional client experience across the network.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Driving sustainable sales growth and achieving business objectives across your boutique portfolio.
Coaching, developing and inspiring Boutique Managers to build engaged and high-performing teams.
Defining and implementing strategic action plans to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
Championing exceptional client experiences while strengthening client acquisition, loyalty and long-term relationships with VIP and High Jewelry clientele.
Ensuring compliance with Maison standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operational excellence across all boutiques.
Managing boutique performance through KPI analysis, business insights and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and contribute to the long-term success of the Maison.
