Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect specializing in luxury villas, private residences, and VVIP/high-end residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential design, preferably within a real estate development company, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional architectural concepts that meet the expectations of high-net-worth clients.

Candidates must hold a degree in Interior Design from a recognized university in Europe or the United States and possess a minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals for luxury villas, private residences, and VVIP projects.
  • Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements to ensure a cohesive, premium residential experience.
  • Work closely with real estate development, design, engineering, and project management teams.
  • Review design drawings, material selections, finishes, and specifications to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and execution stages.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
  • Participate in design presentations, client meetings, and value-engineering discussions.
  • Monitor design progress and ensure alignment with project budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
  • Stay updated on international luxury residential design trends, premium materials, and innovative architectural solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized university in Europe or the United States.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in luxury villas, private villas, bespoke residences, or VVIP/high-end residential projects.
  • Previous experience working for a real estate developer or real estate company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of luxury residential design standards, detailing, materials, and finishes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and relevant design software.
  • Good knowledge of UAE building codes, design approval processes, and consultant coordination.
  • Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing completed or developed luxury residential projects is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines architectural knowledge with a strong interior design sensibility, understands the expectations of high-net-worth and VVIP clients, and has experience delivering sophisticated residential projects within the UAE real estate market.
