Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site architectural works ensuring compliance with design, codes, and project specs
  • Coordinate with other disciplines at project site, consultants, and subcontractors during construction.
  • Awareness of method/procedure of submittals ( preferable: Al DAR projects Experience)
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and resolve site-related issues
  • Prepare compliance statements and ensure quality requirements.
  • Support in project documentation, progress reports, and technical submittals.
  • Aware of Estidama and Authorities requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant site experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
