We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Restaurant Hostess to join our team at Saya Café, City Walk. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage guest seating and table arrangements.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Assist the team with daily restaurant operations when required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar hospitality role.
- Arabic-speaking candidate required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and friendly personality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
