Medical Representative – Apprenticeship

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: 6-Month Apprenticeship (Subject to extension and confirmation based on performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as apprentice. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry and gain practical experience in medical sales and marketing.

The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop the knowledge and skills required to build a successful career in pharmaceutical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Visit doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals daily to promote the company's products.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, product discussions, and sales activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and share market and competitor information with the team.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
  • Follow company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Science/ Life Sciences/ Nursing, or any Healthcare-related field.
  • Graduates in Business Administration with a strong interest in pharmaceutical sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must hold a valid UAE dependent visa.
  • Candidates residing in Dubai will be preferred.
