Senior IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Engineer

We are a rapidly growing company supporting global business with outsourced IT and Cyber Security services. We have multiple office locations including operations in UK and Philippines supporting global clients with the majority in UK and USA. Internally we operate in a modern and paperless office environment and leverage leading technologies to ensure optimal business collaboration and operations.

We are looking for an individual with a "can do" attitude and an appetite for success.

Job description:

  • Responsible for logging requests reported by customers and internal staff via Telephone and email.
  • Assist remote users with technical support issues.
  • Management and ownership of support tickets
  • Ensure requests are diagnosed and resolved/escalated in a timely manner
  • Working on a shift 9am-9pm or 9pm-9am on a 4 days on, 4 days off rota.

Personal qualities:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with UK-based clients.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to explain IT issues to non-IT users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstration of success in a multi-functional role
  • Computer literate - working knowledge of office applications.
