Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Investment Advisor to support our Business Group in navigating complex investment landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring deep market expertise and a proven ability to craft bespoke investment strategies aligned with our financial goals, risk appetite, and long-term objectives. This role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to portfolio oversight and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and implement customized investment strategies that reflect market conditions and innovative financial solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on investment decisions, identify opportunities, and deliver insights on market trends, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor market developments and portfolio performance, making timely strategic adjustments to enhance returns and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client objectives, constraints, and risk profiles.
  • Stay current on industry trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory updates.
  • Oversee and advise on the structure and performance of existing invested portfolios.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or related financial services.
  • Proven track record managing high-net-worth portfolios and delivering strong strategic investment outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical skills and deep understanding of financial markets and instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and alternative assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic initiatives and client-focused solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with portfolio management software and investment analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of estate planning, tax optimization strategies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic, long-term thinking.
  • Established professional network within the investment community and experience working with private clients.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and investment analysis.
  • Expertise in investment platforms, CRM systems, portfolio software, and trading technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk assessment methodologies.

Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
