Salary: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month

Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Operation Manager for a well-established group of Italian restaurants in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi-unit operations, ensuring high service standards, bringing sales and driving business performance across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

* Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches

* Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all outlets

* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

Team Leadership & Management:

* Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff

* Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations

* Foster a positive and productive work environment

Financial Management:

* Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability

* Control costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency

* Analyze financial reports and implement improvement strategies

Customer Experience:

* Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets

* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

* Maintain brand reputation and guest satisfaction

Compliance & Standards:

* Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations

* Maintain health & safety standards across all locations

* Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs

Business Development:

* Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operations

* Implement marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with the management

* Support expansion plans and new outlet openings

Inventory & Supply Chain:

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers

* Ensure proper inventory control and minimize losses

Requirements:

* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably with multi-unit management

* Experience in Italian or premium casual dining concepts is an advantage

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Kitchen Mnagement,Menu planning and propening experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

* UAE/GCC experience preferred
