Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated high school students to join our Career Exploration Internship Program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various industries, including Business Management, Accounting, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Travel & Tourism, Marketing, and Administration. Students will gain practical workplace experience, develop professional skills, and explore different career pathways before making university and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational training across multiple departments.
• Assist with basic administrative, research, and project-related activities.
• Observe and learn day-to-day business operations and industry practices.
• Attend workshops, mentoring sessions, and career development activities.
• Support team projects, events, and departmental initiatives.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports on assigned topics.
• Collaborate with colleagues and fellow interns on group activities.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Complete assigned tasks and internship projects within deadlines.
• Follow workplace policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Currently studying in high school or recently completed high school.
• Strong interest in exploring different career fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to gain professional experience.
