Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, confident, proactive and customer-focused Promoter / Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and promote our products and services. The successful candidate will engage with customers, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives through direct interaction at retail locations, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Promote products and services to customers.
  • Engage with potential customers and provide product information.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
  • Distribute promotional materials and product samples.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Generate leads and support sales activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of promotional stands, displays, and booths.
  • Track daily promotional activities and submit performance reports.
  • Adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and promotional standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in promotions, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and customer engagement abilities.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules when required.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic ( Multi-lingual is also a plus)
  • Must have technical knowledge.
  • FEMALE PREFERRED DUE TO THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
