- Marketplace Product Listing — Create, update, and optimize listings on Amazon & Noon.
- Inventory & Stock Coordination — Monitor stock levels, avoid OOS issues, and coordinate with warehouse.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment — Ensure timely order handling, returns management, and customer communication.
- Pricing & Promotions — Manage price updates, deals, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Marketplace Compliance — Ensure listings meet Amazon/Noon guidelines.
- Performance Analysis — Track sales, conversion, buy box, and ranking.
- Content Improvement — Improve titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Coordination with Internal Teams — Work with warehouse, accounts, and customer service teams.
- Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years hands-on experience with Amazon & Noon seller portals.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, pricing, promotions, and marketplace rules.
- Experience in order management, returns, and customer communication.
- Good understanding of keywords, SEO, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, marketplace dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in electronics / audio / video / photography industry is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
