Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical activities related to aluminum and façade works, including design review, production coordination, and site technical support. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in curtain wall systems, doors, windows, cladding, and structural glazing within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, architectural requirements, and industry standards.
• Provide technical solutions for façade details, structural requirements, and interface issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors for technical clarifications and approvals.
• Support production teams with technical guidance to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during installation.
• Attend technical meetings and prepare required technical documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement for material specifications and technical verification.
• Ensure quality control across fabrication and installation stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in aluminum and façade industry (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (Schüco, Technal, Alumil, Aluk, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Pay: AED7,797.10 - AED20,260.24 per month
