Multiple Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House (FOH) team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, and hygiene standards.
  • Support upselling, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and company SOP
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
