Al Wazn Al Methali Medical Center – Ras Al Khaimah is hiring a Female Receptionist to join our medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients professionally and manage front-desk operations.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; coordinate doctors’ calendars.
  • Register patients and update records accurately.
  • Support internal coordination between departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist (medical/clinic experience is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with booking systems.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
  • UAE residence / transferable visa is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in Ras Al Khaimah.
