Required Qualifications:

• Procurement experience: purchase orders and supplier quotations
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system
• Delivery scheduling, order tracking, and monitoring pending orders and RDD
• Stock monitoring and expiry date tracking
• Documentation control: delivery notes, invoices, and QC reporting
• Proficient in IT systems, Microsoft Office, and strong MS Excel skills
• Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare or medical supplies is an advantage
