Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, digitally aware, and commercially minded Content Writer to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both corporate storytelling and lifestyle-driven digital content, and can create engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn, websites, newsletters, and blogs.

The candidate should possess excellent English writing skills, strong research capability, awareness of current a airs and social trends, and the ability to transform business activities into impactful content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.

The role requires a balance of creativity, professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Create engaging and original content for:

o LinkedIn

o Instagram

o Facebook

o Website blogs

o Corporate newsletters

o Internal communications

o Marketing campaigns

o Corporate announcements and events

• Write content in different tones and styles for:

o Corporate communications

o Lifestyle branding

o Product marketing

o Employer branding

o Thought leadership

• Develop captions, taglines, blog articles, social media copy, campaign content, and promotional material.

Social Media Management

o Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms.

o Schedule and publish content calendars regularly.

o Monitor audience engagement and respond/escalate where required.

o Support paid promotions, post boosting, and campaign execution on Meta platforms.

o Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital content formats.

Research & Trend Monitoring

• Conduct online research on:

o Industry trends

o Consumer behavior

o Current affairs

o Social media trends

o Viral content formats

o Competitor activities

• Suggest relevant and timely content ideas aligned with brand objectives.

Corporate Communications Support

• Assist in preparing:

o Newsletters

o Blogs

o Press-related content

o Event communication

o Corporate presentations

o Website content updates

• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and freelancers for content execution.

Creative & Digital Support

• Support creation of basic creatives, reels, and short-form video content.
• Assist in basic graphic editing and video editing where required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command over the English language (written and verbal)
• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
• Creative thinking with commercial understanding
• Strong internet research and analytical capability
• Understanding of corporate and lifestyle communication styles
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn posting
• Familiarity with social media boosting and engagement practices
• Basic knowledge of graphic designing and video editing tools will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualification Requirements
