Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, target-oriented Call Center Representative with proven experience in the UAE healthcare sector. This role requires an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, actively converts patient inquiries into confirmed appointments, and maximizes clinic schedule utilization. Excellent command of Arabic and English is mandatory to achieve daily operational targets and maintain high patient acquisition rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs, including call volume, appointment booking conversion rates, and call handling efficiency.
  • Proactive Appointment Driving: Actively convert inbound queries into booked appointments across multiple clinical specialties and medical packages.
  • Outbound Patient Outreach: Conduct proactive outbound campaigns for patient follow-ups, pending treatment conversions, missed appointment re-booking, and preventive care reminders.
  • Patient Engagement: Overcome patient hesitations, explain the value of our healthcare services, and guide patients smoothly through booking and clinic visit confirmation.
  • Insurance & Package Upselling: Present available medical packages, specialized consultations, and wellness checks during patient calls to drive facility revenue.
  • Streamlined Service Delivery: Maintain high call accuracy, minimal drop rates, and rapid response times while maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR/HIS) system.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in a target-driven call center role within a UAE Medical Center, Cosmetic Clinic, or Hospital.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong professional English.
  • Performance Mindset: Results-focused with a strong drive to achieve sales, booking, and conversion metrics.
  • System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with healthcare CRM/EMR software and automated call center platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent persuasive communication, negotiation, objection handling, and crisis resolution under high call volumes.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
