We are hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Agent / Sales Representative with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent clinic experience. The role involves handling leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email; qualifying patient needs; recommending suitable treatments; following up to close bookings; and coordinating with doctors and clinic staff.
