Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Patient Happiness Manager to join our medical center team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in UAE Medical Center or Hospital only and should be capable of managing, training, and monitoring reception/front office staff to ensure excellent patient experience and customer satisfaction.

Only candidates with experience in the medical field (Medical Center/Hospital) should apply.

Requirements

  • Male or Female candidates can apply
  • Preferred candidates with Own Visa
  • Mandatory experience in a Medical Center or Hospital
  • Ability to train, supervise, and monitor reception staff
  • Pleasant personality with positive thinking and professional behavior
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle patient concerns professionally
  • Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction
