Full job description

We are hiring an experienced "AC Technician" for the installation of new air-conditioning systems at the factory and project sites. The technician will also handle installation-related service and troubleshooting when issues arise during or after installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install new air-conditioning systems, mainly split AC and duct-type AC units, according to project requirements and manufacturer instructions.
  • Carryout copper piping work, including cutting, flaring, joining, brazing, insulation and proper routing of refrigerant lines.
  • Check and repair gas/refrigerant leakage and carry out vacuuming, pressure testing and refrigerant charging when required.
  • Identify and replace defective AC kits, components or accessories discovered during installation or testing.
  • Perform troubleshooting and corrective work for installation-related electrical, refrigerant, drainage and airflow issues.
  • Connect and check drain piping, control wiring, power connections and other installation accessories as required.
  • Test newly installed AC units and confirm proper cooling, drainage, operation and commissioning before handover.
  • Carry out minor service and maintenance work when required to support installed systems.
  • Use tools, materials and equipment safely and follow site safety procedures and company instructions.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor/ Team Leader and support other installation activities at the factory and field sites.

Required Skills:

  • Practical knowledge of split and duct-type AC installation.
  • Ability to identify refrigerant leakage, defective components and installation faults.
  • Basic knowledge of AC electrical connections and safe use of installation tools.

Salary: AED 3000 – 3,500

Job Location: DIC (Dubai) Or ICAD (Abu Dhabi)
