HVAC / Air Conditioning Technician Required

Company: Topnotch Maintenance Services LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing maintenance team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Service and repair Split AC, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF/VRV Systems, FCUs, AHUs, and Ventilation Systems.
  • Check refrigerant pressures, electrical components, and control circuits.
  • Attend emergency breakdown calls and complete service reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and inverter technology.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is must
  • Good communication skills in English.
