Full job description

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop AI chatbots for internal and customer-facing use

· Build APIs and integrations with SAP, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and other business systems

· Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI

· Develop practical AI tools to improve productivity across departments

· Train employees on AI tools and best practices

· Prepare user guides, SOPs, and basic AI governance recommendations

· Monitor and improve performance of deployed AI solutions

Requirements

· Experience in AI application or chatbot development

· Strong knowledge of API development and system integration

· Experience working with SAP and/or eCommerce platforms is preferred

· Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies

· Good understanding of automation, data flows, and business systems

· Strong communication and training skills

· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with enterprise AI tools and workflow automation

· Knowledge of prompt engineering, document AI, or AI assistants

· Experience delivering staff training or workshops

· Understanding of data privacy and AI governance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, IT, or a related field preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
