We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin & Executive Assistant to support daily business operations and provide executive-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Coordinate client documentation, onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist management with operational, administrative, and executive support tasks.
- Support CRM management and data entry activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, business setup, or corporate services will be an advantage.
