Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Finance Controller to lead and manage the finance function across the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, budgeting, and strategic financial support to the business. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with strong leadership skills and experience in the perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Deliver accurate management reports and financial insights to support business decisions.

Financial Operations

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Treasury functions.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations and timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Leadership & Business Support

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple locations (15 to 20).
• Work closely with management and department heads to support business growth and operational objectives.
• Provide strategic financial guidance for investments, expansion plans, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and business practices in UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information

• Occasional travel within UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia may be required.

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
