Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Fresher in UAE , Home country experience in similar industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with IAS/IFRS and UAE standards.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support monthly closing and preparation of management and customized financial reports.
  • Assist in calculating End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) and leave salary as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Assist clients with accounting-related queries and UAE financial regulations.
  • Support external auditors with year-end closing and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper VAT treatment of transactions, including input/output VAT classification.
  • Maintain VAT documentation and ensure timely VAT compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting VAT Returns through the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal.
  • Assist with input VAT recovery, zero-rated and exempt supplies, and reverse charge mechanisms.
  • Assist in preparing and filing UAE Corporate Tax Returns in accordance with UAE Corporate Tax Law.
  • Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and support compliance with the arm's-length principle.
  • Keep clients informed about Corporate Tax deadlines, updates, and exemptions.
  • Assist with matters relating to Free Zone taxation, Qualifying Income, and Small Business Relief under UAE Corporate Tax Law.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the FTA, Ministry of Economy, and other relevant authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • CPA/CA or ACCA Required
  • 0–1 year of experience in an Accounting, Audit, Tax, or Advisory Firm.
  • Freshers with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with the FTA portal and UAE tax compliance will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Myanmar / Chinese / Tagalog speaker – Preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
