About the Role:

We are a reputable medical center in Abu Dhabi seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare IT systems, a strong understanding of ADHICS compliance, and the ability to manage and support a wide range of IT infrastructure and applications critical to clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with ADHICS standards and Department of Health (DOH) IT requirements.
• Manage and maintain servers, databases, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Oversee and support CRM integration with medical and administrative systems.
• Handle software and hardware installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and support CCTV systems, telephone systems (IP/PBX), and POS systems.
• Maintain system backups, security measures, and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to support clinical and administrative workflows.
• Provide technical support and training for staff as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical center environment.
• Strong knowledge of ADHICS compliance and DOH IT infrastructure requirements.
• Experience with CRM systems, databases (SQL), servers, and networking.
• Hands-on experience in hardware/software setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CCTV, telephone, and POS systems integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
