Job Title: Accountant – Medical Center (Abu Dhabi)

We are a leading medical center in Abu Dhabi committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
• Process payroll and monitor cash flow.
• Handle VAT preparation and filing.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a medical center, clinic, or hospital in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare billing, insurance claims, and medical accounting.
• Professional accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
