Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

DetailDubai, a professional automotive detailing studio in Dubai, is currently seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team. This is a direct, full-time (or part-time) opportunity at our Al Quoz location, with a focus on customer service, operations coordination, and CRM management.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients upon arrival

Schedule appointments and manage bookings via CRM system

Maintain client records and service history

Promote and sell detailing services and additional products

Coordinate service schedules with the detailing team

Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles

Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems

Friendly, punctual, and a team player

Fluency in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus)

Interest in the automotive industry is a bonus
