Job Title: Production Supervisor – Plastic Division

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Experience Required: 4–6 years (Plastic Manufacturing Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Plastic Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion, and will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and team management on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily production activities in the plastic division
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor and optimize machine performance and production processes
  • Oversee operations of injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion machines
  • Manage and guide production staff, operators, and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime
  • Monitor raw material usage and wastage control
  • Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering
  • 4–6 years of experience in plastic manufacturing (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of plastic processing techniques and machinery
  • Experience in production planning and workflow management
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine and process-related issues
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting tools
  • Good communication skills (English required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in UAE / GCC manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
