About the Role

Studio Osus is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renderings, animations, and walkthrough videos that effectively communicate our design concepts to clients.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Create high-quality 3D visualisations for interior and exterior architectural projects.

- Produce realistic walkthrough animations and cinematic videos for presentations and marketing purposes.

- Develop accurate 3D models from AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, and design concepts.

- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements.

- Create compelling camera angles, animations, and post-production edits.

- Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to ensure the design intent is accurately represented.

- Revise renderings and animations based on client and design team feedback.

- Maintain organised project files and meet project deadlines.

- Stay up to date with the latest rendering technologies, software, and visualisation trends.

*Requirements*

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural visualisation.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior and exterior renderings and animation work.

- Proficiency in software such as:

- 3ds Max

- V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer

- Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion or Unreal Engine

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred)

- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
