We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaning Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness across various settings, including corporate offices, commercial establishments, and private residential homes. This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of active on-site work per day. Travel time between locations is tracked separately and is not counted toward your 8-hour working shift. No prior experience is necessary—if you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we will train you on everything you need to know.

Key Responsibilities

• Office & Commercial Cleaning: Dusting desks, emptying trash bins, sanitizing high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, elevator buttons), and cleaning communal kitchen/breakroom areas.
• Residential Cleaning: Deep cleaning bedrooms, living rooms, and private spaces according to client specifications and checklists.
• Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating basic floor cleaning equipment across carpet, tile, and wood surfaces.
• Restroom Sanitization: Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) in public, office, and private bathrooms.
• Window & Glass Cleaning: Wiping down interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a streak-free finish.
• Safety & Compliance: Safely handling, diluting, and storing cleaning chemicals according to health and safety regulations (COSHH/OSHA, if applicable).
• Inventory Management: Monitoring cleaning supply levels and reporting low stock to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Shift & Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 8 hours of on-site cleaning per day.
• Travel Policy: Daily travel between different job sites is required. This travel time is explicitly excluded from your 8-hour work shift. Service vehicle provided.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: None required! Freshers and entry-level applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg), and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Attention to Detail: A strong eye for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time efficiently between sites.
• Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
