Full job description

A call center agent acts as the main link between a company and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing product information.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Calls: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or live chats in a timely manner.
  • Solve Problems: Listen to customer issues, research details, and offer helpful solutions or alternatives.
  • Record Information: Enter accurate customer data and log all conversation notes into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
  • De-escalate Situations: Stay calm and polite when handling frustrated or angry callers.
  • Meet Targets: Reach individual and team goals for call times, customer satisfaction, and task completion.

Key Requirements

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Clear speaking voice, active listening, and strong writing skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Good typing speed and the ability to use customer service
